Legal
18 U.S.C. §2257 Notice
This notice explains how federal record-keeping requirements apply to fuckgen, a service whose visual content is entirely computer-generated.
Effective 23 July 2026
Synthetic content
All sexual imagery available on or generated through fuckgen is synthetic media produced by artificial-intelligence models from text input. No human performers are depicted, photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded in the creation of this content.
Because the content depicts no actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct, fuckgen maintains no performer records under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for generated imagery.
Fictional adults by policy and design
Every generated character is fictional and, by policy and technical enforcement, depicted as an adult. The Acceptable Use Policy prohibits any attempt to depict minors or real, identifiable persons, and prompts are screened accordingly.
Other published material
If fuckgen ever publishes visual content involving real performers — for example in marketing produced by third parties — that content will carry its own compliance statement and custodian-of-records information at the point of publication.
