Privacy Policy

We collect only what the product needs to work:

• Account data — the email address you sign in with and account identifiers we generate.
• Content data — the prompts you submit, generation settings (frame, seed, negative prompt), and the images the service generates for you.
• Transaction data — credit balances, credit holds and returns, and purchase records from our payment providers (never full payment details).
• Technical data — session tokens, device and browser information, and logs needed for security and reliability.

fuckgen has no photo uploads, so we never receive photographs of you or anyone else. We do not collect government identifiers, we do not buy data about you, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers in the product.

We use your data to operate the service: authenticate you, run safety review on prompts, generate and deliver images, maintain your private library, process purchases, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private library to train models or to market the service.

Generated images are stored privately, tied to your account, and shown only to you. Deleting an image removes it from your library; deleting your account removes the library entirely.

We may retain minimal records where the law requires it — for example, evidence connected to abuse reports.

Prompts are processed automatically to generate images and to enforce the Acceptable Use Policy. Blocked prompts are logged for abuse prevention. Human review happens only when abuse systems or reports flag an account.

Purchases are handled by third-party payment providers (for example crypto payment processors). They receive what they need to process your payment under their own privacy policies; fuckgen receives confirmation of the purchase, never your full payment details.

We share data only with the infrastructure and payment providers that run the service, under contracts that limit their use of it; and where the law genuinely requires disclosure — for example reports of illegal content to the appropriate authorities.

Account and library data are kept while your account exists. Sessions are short-lived. Security and transaction logs are kept only as long as needed for their purpose, then deleted or anonymized.

Account deletion permanently removes your account, prompts, and library, subject to narrow legal retention duties.

• Download any image from your library at any time.
• Delete individual images from your library.
• Sign out of every active session from Account settings.
• Delete your account from Account settings (or via /report while deletion is email-based).
• Contact [email protected] for access or deletion requests the product does not yet expose.

We use passwordless sign-in (no password database to breach), short-lived sessions, encrypted transport, and least-privilege access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as the law requires.

fuckgen is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; accounts we believe belong to minors are closed.
