Safety
Report a concern
Reports are the fastest way to get a human looking at a problem. Every report is read by a person, and reports about illegal content are treated as the highest priority we have.
What to report
- Content that appears to depict a minor in any form — this is our highest priority.
- Content that appears to depict a real, identifiable person.
- Content that sexualizes non-consent or otherwise violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Account security problems — access you did not authorize, sessions you do not recognize.
- Anything else that seems unsafe, illegal, or broken.
What to include
The more specific the report, the faster we can act:
- What you saw and why it concerns you.
- Where you saw it — the page URL, or the creation/scene involved.
- When you saw it, and the account email to reply to (if you want a reply).
What happens next
A human reviews every report. Where a report is substantiated we remove content, restrict or terminate the responsible account, and — where the law requires — preserve evidence and notify the appropriate authorities.
We aim to acknowledge reports within 48 hours and to resolve urgent safety reports first.
Urgent safety concerns
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. For suspected child sexual abuse material, you can also report directly to NCMEC (CyberTipline) or your national hotline in addition to reporting to us.
