Terms of Service

fuckgen is an adults-only service. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), you can form a binding contract, and using an adult AI image service is legal where you access it.

By using fuckgen you confirm all of the above. We may suspend or close accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors, without notice.

fuckgen generates synthetic adult images from text prompts and editable scene starters. Every image is created by an AI model. The service offers no photo uploads, and no photograph of a real person is used as a generation input.

The service is a private-beta product and evolves continuously. Features marked as coming soon, preview, or beta may change or be withdrawn.

Accounts use passwordless email sign-in. You are responsible for the email address you register with and for activity under your fuckgen sessions.

Keep your sign-in email secure. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, sign out of every session from Account settings and contact us.

Generation is paid with credits. One delivered image costs one credit. A credit is held when a generation starts and returned automatically if the generation fails or is blocked — you are only charged for delivered images.

Credits are one-time purchases. Every purchased credit enters the same account balance, never expires, and is never renewed or billed automatically.

• Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers; fuckgen never stores full payment details.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, purchased credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
• Welcome and promotional credits can be changed or withdrawn at any time and have no cash value.

You own the prompts you write. Subject to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, you may use the images you generate for personal, lawful purposes.

You grant fuckgen the limited license needed to operate the service: to process prompts, generate and store your images, and show them to you in your private library. We do not publish your creations and we do not use your private library to advertise the service.

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. In short: adult, consensual, fictional scenes only — never minors in any form, never real, identifiable people, and never content that is illegal where you use the service.

Prompts pass automated safety review. Requests that fail review are blocked before generation and no credit is used. Attempting to evade safety review is itself a violation of these terms.

We may block prompts, remove content, or restrict features where we reasonably believe the Acceptable Use Policy or the law requires it, and we may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.

Where a violation involves illegal content, we may preserve and report information to the appropriate authorities.

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, including your prompts and generated images. It is part of these terms.

We aim to keep fuckgen available and fast, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Generation capacity, models, and output characteristics can change, and maintenance or outages can interrupt the service.

If a generation cannot complete, the associated credit is returned — that is the remedy for a failed generation.

AI output is synthetic and probabilistic. Images may contain artifacts or diverge from your prompt. Any resemblance between generated imagery and a real person is coincidental and unintended.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fuckgen disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fuckgen's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the twelve months before the claim arose. fuckgen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using fuckgen at any time and can request account deletion from Account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your library and forfeits remaining credits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where practical, we will tell you why.

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. For material changes we will give notice in the product before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use fuckgen after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
