Acceptable Use Policy

You must be 18 or older to use fuckgen, and every character in every scene you create must be an adult. Depictions of minors are absolutely prohibited — real, fictional, stylized, implied, aged-up, aged-down, or otherwise. There are no exceptions.

Prompts that reference minority, childhood, or age-coded framing in a sexual context are blocked, logged, and grounds for immediate termination. Where the law requires it, we preserve evidence and report to the appropriate authorities.

fuckgen generates fictional people only. You may not attempt to depict a real, identifiable person — by name, description, resemblance, or any other means. That includes celebrities, creators, acquaintances, exes, and public figures.

The service accepts no photo uploads precisely because non-consensual imagery of real people is not what this product is for.

Scenes must depict consenting adult fantasy. Content that sexualizes non-consent, coercion, incapacitation, or violence intended to look non-consensual is prohibited.

Anything illegal where you use the service or where we operate it is prohibited — including bestiality and obscene content as defined by applicable law.

• No attempts to bypass, probe, or stress the safety review systems.
• No automated scraping, bulk account creation, or resale of credits or output as a service.
• No attempts to access other users' accounts, libraries, or data.
• No use of the service to spam, harass, or defraud anyone.

Prompts are screened before generation; blocked requests never generate and never charge a credit. Violations can lead to content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or termination, depending on severity and repetition.

We do not offer refunds for credits forfeited through Acceptable Use violations.
