DMCA Takedown Policy

fuckgen respects copyright. If something published on this site copies a work you own, tell us and we will take it down. This page is the whole procedure: where the notice goes, what it has to say, what happens next, and how to push back if your content was removed by mistake.

Effective 15 August 2026

What this policy covers

Every image on fuckgen is generated by an AI model from text. There are no uploads: nobody can post a file to this service, and no photograph or artwork is used as a generation input.

What a takedown notice can reach, therefore, is what we publish — scenes shared to Explore, creator profiles, and our own site and marketing pages. Creations that were never shared stay private to the account that made them and are not published anywhere; we can still act on them where the law requires it.

Before you file

A DMCA notice is a sworn legal statement. It is the right tool when a specific copyrighted work of yours has been reproduced. It is the wrong tool for other complaints, and using it for them slows down the people who need it.

  • Content that depicts you, or someone you represent, is a removal request, not a copyright claim — use /content-removal.
  • Content that breaks our rules (minors in any form, real identifiable people, non-consent) is a safety report — use /report, which is the fastest path we have.
  • A trademark, right-of-publicity, or defamation complaint is not a DMCA matter; email us and describe the claim plainly.
  • An AI-generated image that merely resembles your style is not the same as a reproduction of a specific work. Tell us which work, and how the output copies it.

How to send a notice

Email your notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. We accept notices by email only — it is the address our copyright agent monitors, and it is the fastest route to a human.

Send it in the body of the message where you can. Notices buried in an attachment we cannot open take longer to action, not less.

What your notice must include

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)(A), your notice has to contain all six of the following. A notice missing any of them is not one we can act on under the statute, and we will write back and tell you what is missing.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed — or, if several works are covered by one notice, a representative list of them.
  • Identification of the material you say is infringing, specific enough for us to find it: the full fuckgen URL of the scene, profile, or page.
  • Your contact information — mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

What happens after you send it

We aim to acknowledge DMCA notices within 48 hours. Where a notice is complete and the material is ours to remove, we remove or disable access to it expeditiously — usually the same day.

We then notify the account that published the material, tell them what was removed and why, and forward them a copy of your notice, including the contact details it contains. If you would rather redact your telephone number or street address from the copy we forward, say so in the notice.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice”. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3) it must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where you live — or, if you are outside the United States, of any judicial district in which fuckgen may be found — and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

After a counter-notice

We forward a valid counter-notice to the person who filed the original notice and tell them the material will be restored in 10 business days. If they do not tell us within that window that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the account from the activity, we may restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after we forward the counter-notice.

Filing a counter-notice is also a sworn statement, and it gives the other side your contact details. Do not send one to test whether they are serious.

Repeat infringers

We keep a record of every notice we act on against an account. Accounts that are the subject of repeated, substantiated infringement notices are terminated, and their remaining credits are forfeited — this is our policy under 17 U.S.C. §512(i), and it applies in appropriate circumstances regardless of how much the account has spent.

A notice that is withdrawn, or answered by a counter-notice we do not hear back on, is not counted against an account.

False claims

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — is liable for the damages and legal costs caused by that misrepresentation, including ours.

We read notices, we do not rubber-stamp them. A notice sent to silence a competitor or bury a scene you dislike will be refused, and repeated abuse of this process is grounds for us to stop accepting notices from that sender.
